  1. ❀ Great video! The way you highlight practical health advice makes a real difference. Keep educating and empowering people!

  2. The products you recommend are way too expensive. I was able to get similar but less expensive products recommended by The Budget Dermatologist. Maelove and The Ordinary sells them cheaper.

  3. Its all insecurity.
    Media creates.
    What do insecure women follow?
Media and the false promise of eternal youth.
For insecure, denialist and self avoidant women its a panacea magic fix. It’ not a fix.
The thyroid function and the auto immune system are right there within the natural process of women’s ‘growth.
Like prostate enlargement in matured men is.
    _Nobody wants to grow up._

  4. I love your no bullshit approach to informing us about skin care and health. Love your teaching.

  5. As a vegan Woman that experienced all the effects of menopause including severe loss of collagen from one day to the other, were the skin got flacid and wrinkled equal to a 80 year old person, I suplemented with vegan aminoacids to support collagen production and the reality is, it worked!! I look younger than ever and my skin regained elasticity. I can’t vouch for collagen supplements but my suggestion is to have a boost with aminoacids aligned with an healthy diet and exercise.

  6. Our youngest daughter at 30 drank herself into a liver replacement… fast forward 4 years! Total knee replacement!!!! So yes, alcohol can deplete your collagen!

  7. New subscriber!,A doctor who tells us the nutritional and cosmetic bottom line. The best common sense advice and road map. Thank you, Dr. Idriss!πŸ‘πŸ‘

  8. Smoking (including marijuana), alcohol, sugar are the THREE-the TRIO of causing aging, wrinkles, and lack of energy.

  9. New studies who the 2 best foods for humans are lean red meat and eggs. The old studies were wrong. Beef and eggs are protein and highly absorbed into our bodies. Proteins are made of amino acids. I was fooled for decades and did not eat red meat and eggs. I’ve been eating these foods for almost 2 yrs now and I am so much healthier with more energy, better skin.

  10. If I go back on hrt(estrogen replacement therapy) at age 70 should I expect to see a difference in my skin?

  11. Can you do some research about what company on the market does actually produce any decent collagen supplements from reliable sources?

  12. Just eat eggs they are rich in amino acids that build collagen much faster than taking collagen itself and drink more water to transport the nutrients more effectively

  13. I’ve tried many health supplements in the past, but NewYou Collagen is the only one that’s delivered real, lasting results. It improved my overall health.

  14. BEEF ORGAN MEAT= Superfood
Creatine increases ATP in Cells too.
    GLYCINE (in Gelatin more)..

& Regular Sunscreen ingredients are Toxic & some or potentially all Carcinogenic.
Cake/desserts are not the only sugar. So are High Starch/Glycemic Carbs.

  15. I do face tapping people can’t believe I’m 60 they thought I was in my 40s my skin looks good soft smooth no wrinkles

  16. Another video with 3 minutes worth of valuable information and 15 minutes worth of wasting your time talking about a surplus of products they’re trying to make commission on.

  17. With all the ingredients and different products to include in our beauty routines such as retinols, peptides, amino acids, vitamin C, q10 and more what would be a good routine, what can we pair together and what should we avoid to apply to our skin at the same time?

  18. You’re wrong. Collagen works very well. But most supplements are like $1 or maybe $3 for 15g. It’s a ripoff. Just take beef gelatin, it’s 25 cents for 15g. It gives your body all the building blocks to create lots of different types of collagen.

  19. Love your informative videos. My skin has dramatically improved with your guidance. Would love to be able to watch more of these even when I’m around my kids if you’re able to tone down the profanity.

  20. Can you boost collagen for thinning skin?!? My dad is 80 and his skin is getting thinner I want to get him in collagen but need more assistance

  21. Listen to this doc about sunscreen! I used to luv getting a tan, when that was in style back then. Now I’ve had five basal cell cancers and one squamous cell cancer, requiring surgery and leaving scars. Painful and expensive and requiring down time. If you think you look good with a tan get a spray tan. Thank god that look is not popular any more in most places.
